※ Guide fee + taxi fare = ¥6,000 / 1 hour for 1 group (tax included)

* I give a special discount of ¥800 / 1 hour if you book me directly through this homepage, email, etc. ( not through agents )

* Minimum tour length : 3 hours

* Please pay in cash or by credit card.

* Admission fee, toll and parking fee, cost of meals, etc. are not included, so please pay at each spot.  (Please keep in mind that there are still many shops and restaurants that don’t accept credit cards in Japan.)

* Additional fare (1 hour ~) is added if the point of departure or destination is outside of my business district ( my business district : Kyoto city and some of its neighboring cities ).      ※ From Kyoto city to Osaka city / Nara city : 1.5 hour fare + toll for one way (¥1,900〜¥2,900) are added to the tour fee.     ※ From Kyoto city to Kansai international airport : 3 hour fare + toll for one way (¥4,900) are added to the tour fee.       < Example >  If we start the tour in Kyoto at 9:00 and end at Kansai international airport at 16:00 (7 hour tour), the total fee is ¥64,900 (7h+3h+toll).  →→ ¥56,900 (discounted fee when you book me directly)

* If you need only pickup or dropoff outside of my business district, please pay the meter fare, toll and parking fee. (paying by the meter, not by the hour)

※ Car model : Toyota SIENTA hybrid (compact MPV)

* Capacity : 5 passengers (for people whose height and weight are the average of the Japanese : 170cm(5.6ft), 65kg(143lb))
If the number of the passengers is 5, the third row seat is used. The third row seat (for 2 passengers) is for those who are less than 170 cm(5.6 ft) tall. Because it’s a folding seat and a bit small. In this case, there’s no space for a suitcase. Only 1 piece of hand luggage for each passenger can be brought in.

* 4 to 5 medium-size suitcases are containable if the number of the passengers is 4 or less than 4.

Exterior & front seat *I am 170cm and 65kg.

Interior (second row seat)  *I am 170cm and 65kg.

Interior (third row seat : if necessary, for those who are less than 170 centimeters tall) *I am 170cm and 65kg.

※ Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel the reservation, you are required to pay a certain percentage of the total fare (cancellation charge) as listed below.

* 30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from 7 to 2 days prior to your scheduled tour date.    * 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 1 day prior to your scheduled tour date.    * 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel on your scheduled tour date or no show.
